Wellam Constructions have been engaged to construct a dedicated left turn lane into the new facility.

Sanctuary Springs Estate is a 320-lot residential subdivision off Mollers Lane in the township of Leopold on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Kingston Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC) is a commercial subdivision in Grubb Road, Ocean Grove.
