Sanctuary Springs Estate is a 320-lot residential subdivision off Mollers Lane in the township of Leopold on the Bellarine Peninsula.

• Sewer reticulation
• Stormwater drainage
• Water mains, gas, power and communications infrastructure
• Pavement construction including Mollers Lane upgrade
• Bellarine Highway intersection works including turning lanes and indented bus stop.

Kingston Neighbourhood Activity Centre (NAC) is a commercial subdivision in Grubb Road, Ocean Grove.
